Dancing Cranes

One of my favorite paintings that I did while I was studying Chinese painting was one that depicted 9 cranes. When I went to Japan, I made a point to go see cranes (in the zoo, not all the way in Hokkaido), unfortunately for me, cranes behind bars didn’t look anything like the majestic animals I had imagine. Either way, they are still my favorite birds, and are my inspiration for this piece.
At Cocopunkz, we believe in uniqueness and individuality. Hence each pair of shoes is hand painted with care and each pair of shoes has its own story and meaning.
